My Story: From Hell to Heaven
My journey has been a ride from hell to heaven, a journey of profound pain and even more profound healing, a journey from darkness to light, from pain to power, from survival to thriving. From childhood trauma and abuse to addiction, prison, and near-death experiences, I have faced the darkest corners of the human experience.
But through it all, I have learned that everything happens for us, not to us. Every challenge is an opportunity to awaken, and transform.
I have known the depths of despair and the struggle of learning to walk and talk again after a life-altering event. I have faced the shadows of CPTSD, fibromyalgia, and the weight of a victim mindset. But through it all, I have emerged stronger, wiser, and more deeply connected to my true self.
My healing journey began with a miracle, a Traditional Chinese doctor who brought me back to life and taught me to walk again. It continued my healing-awakening experience in Tenerife, where the ocean and sun energy supported my physical healing. Through homeopathy, Bach Flower remedies, and deep inner work, I learned the importance of taking responsibility for my health and life.
I share this not to dwell on the past, but to show you that no matter where you are in your journey, freedom and healing are possible.
It is not what happens to us that defines us, but how we choose to respond.
Every challenge, every pain, every moment of suffering is an invitation to wake up and transform it. And I have created tools for you to do so.
